### Dashboard Overview

Access **Dashboard → Monitoring** to see:

- **Total conversations** — How many chats happened
- **Token usage** — How much AI processing was used
- **Costs** — Credits spent
- **Active agents** — Which agents are being used
- **Error rate** — Failed requests

### For Organization Admins

View team-level metrics:

- **Per-member usage** — Who's using the most credits
- **Per-agent usage** — Which agents are most popular
- **Cost breakdown** — Where credits are being spent
- **Trends** — Usage patterns over time

### Alerts

Set up notifications for:

- Low balance warnings
- High usage spikes
- Unusual activity
- Error rate increases

### Exporting Data

Download reports for:

- Billing reconciliation
- Usage analysis
- Capacity planning
